The TUH Research Office and SJH Research & Innovation Office in conjunction with the SJH/TUH Joint Research Ethics Committee operate an online portal for Research governance and Ethics review. The portal reviews the following applications:
- The registration of all research (clinical & non-clinical) taking place in the Hospital
- For applications requiring Research Ethics Committee review and approval
- Research Data Protection
- TUH clinical audit/service evaluation/quality improvement initiative registration and reporting
- SJH clinical audit/service evaluation/quality improvement initiative Research Ethics Committee letter requests
- SJH R&I review and approval (internal governance for all SJH studies)
- TUH Clinical Research Facility Capacity Assessment and Clinical Trial registration
