Tallaght University Hospital’s Advocacy / Volunteer-Led Patient Survey Programme is built on our established tradition of engagement with the community that is central to our ethos.
During the course of 2015 the Hospital carried out a series of surveys across inpatient and outpatient areas as well as in our main atrium this is another way of us finding out what our patients and visitors think of our hospital, the services we provide and how we can do better.
If you are approached by one of our Volunteers we would be most grateful if you would complete they survey they are undertaking. The responses you provide are completely confidential and the information is captured on the handheld tablets carried by the Volunteers, all of the questionnaires are short so it will not take too much of your time.
