ExperienceRonan Mullan was recruited to Tallaght University Hospital as a full-time Consultant Rheumatologist and Clinical Senior Lecturer in July 2012. In addition to a full-time practice in Tallaght University Hospital. He has an active translational research program in operation both at Tallaght University Hospital and at The Trinity Biomedical Sciences Institute, Trinity College Dublin. His research interests include the molecular mechanisms of synovial inflammation in Rheumatoid Arthritis, and common inflammatory mechanisms of systemic autoimmune disease, metabolic syndrome and ageing. |
